The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with extensive experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve targets. The role will be based in Gurgoan, and familiarity with the city's main demographics is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of at least 10 - 15 field sales executives, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Gurgoan.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Gurgoan market to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in Service sector.
- Extensive knowledge of the Gurgoan market, including key demographics, trends, and competitors.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
