This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager and US Staffing professional at 360 Degree Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Noida. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing end-to-end staffing processes. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in US staffing and recruitment processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce solutions and services
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Certifications in Salesforce or relevant domains is a plus
• Experience in the IT industry is beneficial
