Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2-4 years in sales with a focus on real-estate domain

Job Description:

As a business development professional focussing on real estate applications, your primary responsibility will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the real estate sector. You will build and nurture strong relationships with residential and commercial property developers, as well as property managers, to promote and expand the reach of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  2. Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
  3. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calls, emails, referrals, and social media.
  4. Product Knowledge:
  5. Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and how they address the specific needs and challenges of targeted customers.
  6. Client Consultation:
  7. Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential clients to understand their requirements.
  8. Present our software solutions in a clear and compelling manner, emphasizing their benefits and value.
  9. Relationship Building:
  10. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network.
  12. Sales Reporting:
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using our CRM system.
  14. Engage in providing regular sales reports and discussing forecasts with the team.
  15. Achieving Sales Targets:
  16. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in real estate applications or property management software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the builder workflow is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
