Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for sales and designing and delivering training programs for individuals, organizations, and institutions on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems. The Business Development Manager will work with sales team as well as a team of trainers to develop and deliver courses on robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Convert sales and provide after sales service to schools.
• Design, develop and deliver training programs on robotics and automation technologies to individuals, businesses, and institutions.
• Conduct training sessions to a diverse group of participants, including students, employees, and clients.
• Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on participant feedback and training outcomes.
• Work with subject matter experts to create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in robotics and automation.
• Support and mentor participants in developing their skills in robotics and automation.
• Provide technical support to participants during and after training sessions.

NOTE: Preference will be given to male candidates with minimum 2 years of experience with with Btech in ECE, computer science and having experience in Education sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 per month
