Description :

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing and business development with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our business in the Indian market.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Provide input into the development of marketing materials and campaigns
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends

Skills and Qualifications :

• 2-6 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
