Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients in various industries.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the agency's services and value proposition.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
