Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients in various industries.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the staffing industry.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the agency's services and value proposition.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build the agency's brand and expand the client base.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the staffing industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
