- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
- Manage & cater to all the already generated leads.
- Prepare & deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate & finalize contracts with clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends & competitor activities.
- Achieve & exceed sales targets & KPI's.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development & sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process & industry trends.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently & as a part of a team.
