Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic & result oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building & maintaining client relationships & achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements & provide customized requirement solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
  • Manage & cater to all the already generated leads.
  • Prepare & deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate & finalize contracts with clients.
  • Keep abreast of market trends & competitor activities.
  • Achieve & exceed sales targets & KPI's.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development & sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process & industry trends.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently & as a part of a team.
  • Self-motivated & target-driven.
