Business Development Manager

Alishan Green Energy Pvt Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of robust encapsulants and superior coated backsheets for solar modules. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, modern equipment, proven raw materials, and an in-house R&D facility, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in business development and achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the solar energy industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
