Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager with 3 years of experience who will be responsible for identifying, generating, and closing leads to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent networking skills, and a passion for building relationships that contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Sales Process Management: Develop and execute strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients, present company services, and tailor solutions to meet client needs, focusing on social media, digital marketing, and creative services.
Closing Deals: Successfully negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring potential for long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and project management, to align on client goals and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, pipeline management, and client acquisition performance to senior management.
Growth Strategy: Contribute to the overall business growth strategy by identifying new service offerings, market expansions, and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing or creative services industry.
Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively.
Networking: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of establishing connections in relevant industries.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying client pain points and delivering tailored solutions.
