Job Purpose

- The role holder will be responsible for leading the business development and account management activities in the designated territory. The role will provide autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive Revenue growth and New client acquisitions for the organization.
Account Management/Business Development Manager
- Obsessive focus on solving problems for the Customer through automation
- Ownership of the entire sales cycle ; Prospecting, Opportunity discovery, Consulting, Commercials and managing P&L.
- Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints
- Drive Account penetration through customer success and organic business development
- Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets.
