We build Comprehensive air quality monitoring IOT systems for both indoor and outdoor environments to help people manage their air pollution exposure and to create awareness among people. We are also working with schools, offices etc to provide healthier environments for their occupants.

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join us as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, a deep understanding of our industry, and the ability to innovate and identify new revenue streams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our company's expansion and reaching new customers. The ideal candidate should possess these qualifications to excel in the position.
About the Role:
We are looking for a business development manager who will
- Business Strategy: Lead growth strategy for domestic and international markets, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative strategies to enhance effectiveness. Own the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and conduct thorough analysis including conversion ratios, loss case analysis, and sales forecasting. Evaluate performance through business metrics analysis.
- Market Positioning & Pricing: Evaluate and optimize market positioning and pricing strategies, analyzing trends and preparing forecasts accordingly.
- Team Building & Training: Build and train teams to support business growth.
- Partnership & Market Expansion: Develop and execute partnership programs, establish and expand distributor networks, acquire new business opportunities, and identify new markets to improve sales performance.
- Networking & Marketing: Represent Airveda at conferences and industry events, conduct research to identify new opportunities, ensure marketing collateral is current, and maintain relevance across all ecommerce portals.
Required Skills:
This role requires
- At least 4+ years of experience in business development or relevant field
- Prior experience of managing a business development team.
- Credible experience growing a business.
- Experience with professional/high quality PowerPoint presentations for client pitches.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field from reputed college.
- familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and are comfortable using online software.
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Marketing experience/skills to manage social media, creating videos, and writing content is an advantage.
