About The Role
- The role is well suited for individuals that are keen to advance their career in industrial sales and gain hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, integrity, customer centricity and performance.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales in Multinational Customer accounts and forging strong relationships with them.
- The job requires establishing contacts with major MNC's in the region, building strong relationships to promote Domino Product lines and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.
- Research prospective accounts in MNC's, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Understand business, rolling projects, product lines, needs of our customers and targeted market. Prepare MNC's account sales forecasts for the region, for all products. Actively monitor market trends, Competition activity and evolve promotional strategy.
- Ensure clear and clean transactions with transparent information on MNC accounts. Strong ability and focus on Payment Collection/debt management.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors.
- The candidate needs to compliment the business of regions and branches with developmental results from MNC accounts.
Essential
You should have minimum experience of 8 years in sales of industrial automation related
machines with responsibility of direct selling (B2B/ key account) and payment collection in
multinational organization(s).
Should have excellent contacts/relationships with Manufacturing Industries/ Packaging
Machine Manufacturers /Line Integrators/Industrial automation companies.
The thorough exposure to manufacturing activities with an industrial engineering/automation company is essential.
Candidates working within packaging industry having active working relationship with Multinational Companies with account mapping/management skills including development of dossiers will secure preference in recruitment selection process.
Should possess strong communication, influencing, negisiation & presentation skills.
You should be passionate about customers, technology and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve long term business relationships with customers.
