Job Summary:
Business Development will get new business onboard, ensure client satisfaction, and work towards achieving the company's sales objectives in US markets.
This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, calling prospects, emailing, and fostering strong relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Responsible for generating new business by effectively managing a pipeline and leads as well as partnerships in global markets.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and sales leads. (US location)
Calling prospect initially and dropping an email.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with strong data from lead generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Senior managers, VP, marketing team, and business development to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Collaborate with managers to align sales efforts with local market needs and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in US sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, market dynamics, and cultural differences.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
