Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager Business Development. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to business development. This includes identifying and prospecting new clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends. This is an on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the software development industry
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Recent Graduate(Ex. 2018, 2021)
