Business Development Manager

AFFSCONNECT MEDIA is an Affiliate Ad Network company based in Delhi, India. We specialize in affiliate marketing services such as performance marketing, email marketing, mobile marketing, media planning and buying, and display advertising. With a focus on delivering results, we work on various cost models to meet our clients specific marketing goals.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager at AFFSCONNECT MEDIA, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building relationships with new clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and negotiating contracts. This role is primarily located in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Proven experience in business development and sales
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and performance marketing
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in market research and strategic planning
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Experience in the digital advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
