Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in the residential sector.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new business and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals that meet client needs.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers, and other industry professionals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to establish connections and promote our services.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable projects.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in the interior industry.
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, trends, and project management.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Expected to close 3-5 deals per month.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
