Job Description

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Salary Offered: Upto 25,000 per month

Location: Kolkata-opposite Acropolis Mall

AstroShaadi, owned by Admirz, is India's first astrology platform exclusively for couples and relationships. We're building a unique platform where customers connect with expert astrologers for guidance tailored to their love and marriage journeys. To scale this mission further, we're looking for a talented and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth for AstroShaadi. This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, data handling, and strategic planning to build new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Astrologer and Customer Management: Onboard new astrologers, manage existing relationships, and address their queries with confidence.
  • Excel Expertise: Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, create reports, and analyze trends to drive decision-making.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify potential astrologers/customers, reach out, and pitch AstroShaadi's unique services to onboard them.
  • Sales Support: Support sales activities with data-driven insights and customer/astrologer interaction for smoother conversion processes.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and meet business objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze challenges faced by astrologers and customers, propose solutions, and escalate issues as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, BPO, customer support, telecalling, or lead generation.
  • Excel Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel, including using functions, creating dashboards, and handling large data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for building strong customer and astrologer relationships and enhancing their experience.
