Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business in international markets. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve outsourcing growth and revenue targets.

Must have:

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in international markets

Past experience of working on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or CANVA or other post creation tools

Outsourcing /RPO/KPO/IT/RPO/Recruitment industry background.

Ability to work independently or lead BD freshers

Self-motivated and goals/result-oriented aptitude

Ability to work from office at Malviya Nagar Jaipur from 11am to 8:30pm IST, Mon-Fri and alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing funnel plan for international markets.

Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the international markets in which we operate, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.

Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets for international market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in international markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
