AIM Research is a specialized research and analyst firm with a global focus on the rapidly evolving domains of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Gen AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science. Our syndicated research reports and data solutions empower businesses to navigate the complexities of AI adoption and data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive to drive our sales initiatives and expand our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for AIM Research's syndicated reports and database products, with a focus on AI and data science.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage with enterprise-level clients, especially within the AI, data science, technology, and analytics sectors, to build lasting business relationships.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of AIM Research's product offerings and effectively communicate the value of our AI and data science research to potential clients.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Drive lead generation efforts through a mix of inbound and outbound sales tactics, ensuring a strong and consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Global & Domestic Market Focus: Expand AIM Research's reach by targeting both domestic and global clients, especially in sectors that are investing heavily in AI and data science.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization, closing deals that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaboration with Research Teams: Work closely with research teams to stay informed about the latest trends and findings in AI and data science, ensuring clients receive up-to-date and relevant insights.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape, staying ahead of market trends in AI and data science to continuously refine and enhance sales approaches.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide detailed sales forecasts and regular pipeline updates, ensuring transparency and accuracy in revenue reporting to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in selling syndicated research reports and/or database products, preferably in the AI, data science, or technology domains, both in India and globally.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI, data science, and related technologies, as well as the role of research in these fields.
  • Sales Acumen: Exceptional skills in negotiation, client relationship management, and closing high-value sales.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex AI and data science concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Network: Existing network in industries such as technology, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or other sectors investing in AI and data science.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a background in AI/technology is an added advantage.
