Job Overview

We are looking for a fresher to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore and Chennai. The ideal candidate will be involved in sales, negotiation, and maintaining customer relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic electronic industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill): Proficient in identifying potential clients and closing sales deals effectively.
  • Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to manage and nurture customer relationships for business growth.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Relationship Building: Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Lead Generation: Competent in generating leads through various channels and converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Field Work: Willingness to conduct fieldwork and meet clients in person to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct field visits to potential clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
