Night Shift: 6:30 pm- 3:30 am (Monday to Friday- WFO)

Location: Noida

Experience: 3 -8 years

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research, prospect, and generate leads for IT staffing requirements in the U.S. technology market.

Sales Opportunity Development: Identify and research potential accounts in North America, build rapport, and provide detailed company and technical information.

Multichannel Outreach: Utilize a variety of methods, including cold calling, social media, LinkedIn, and direct mail, to generate leads and open new accounts, understanding client's specific IT staffing requirements.

Stakeholder Identification: Identify key stakeholders within target organizations and establish and expand relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Market Knowledge: Possess a clear understanding of U.S. IT staffing market, industry trends, and techniques to effectively communicate and position IT staffing requirements.

CRM Management: Ensure timely updates of new leads in HUBSPOT and provide accurate and comprehensive data for management reporting.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT staffing within the U.S. technology market.

International Exposure: Previous experience working with international clients, including flexibility for night shifts, and the ability to adjust priorities to meet pressing demands.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT industry, various technical roles, and technologies.

Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to learn and utilize necessary technology quickly and adeptly.

Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Initiative: Be a responsible self-starter and innovative quick thinker.

Team Collaboration: Exhibit qualities of a keen team player with a good understanding of team dynamics.

Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
