Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Business Development - IT & Non-IT Staffing professional. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in both IT and Non-IT staffing. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrate the value of our staffing solutions, and negotiate terms and agreements. Your role will involve generating leads, networking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to fulfil client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful fulfilment of client staffing needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
