Job purpose

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

The job requires both technical expertise and salesmanship.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be from an English Medium Schooling & College Background
  • Education Any Graduation/Post Graduation
  • MBA with Sales/Marketing/International Business would be an added advantage

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English Language mandatory)
  • Goal-orientated approach to work
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work targets
  • Self-motivated with ability to work without supervision
  • Problem solving approach
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Should be confident to build effective relationships
  • Understands when to seek support from colleagues

Experience

  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Experience of working on CRM s will be an added advantage
  • Experience needed on basic MS office tools (Word/Excel/Power Point)

Work timings

  • 40 working hours / 5 days a week
  • Above timings and working days are subject to change as per business exigencies
