Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager Intern to support our team in identifying growth opportunities and building strategic partnerships. The intern will gain hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, client relations, and sales strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Client Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients or partners.
Sales Support: Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement strategies for market expansion and client acquisition.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to help refine strategies.
CRM Management: Update and manage the CRM system to ensure all client and prospect data is current.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and attending business development events, meetings, and networking opportunities.Reporting: Prepare reports on business development performance, including key metrics, to present to the leadership team.
  • Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
