Compensation and Benefits:
Internship Phase:
Stage 1 (1 Month):
Objective: Close $6,000 in revenue
Compensation: 7% commission on closed deals during this period
Example Incentive Calculation: If you close $6,000 in sales, you will
earn 7% commission, amounting to $420 (INR 33,600 at an exchange
rate of 1 USD = 80 INR).
Stage 2 (2 Months):
Objective: Close $20,000 in revenue over two months
Compensation: 7% commission on closed deals during this period
Example Incentive Calculation: If you close $20,000 in sales, you will
earn 7% commission, amounting to $1,400 (INR 112,000 at an exchange
rate of 1 USD = 80 INR).
Full-Time Position:
Upon successfully completing Stage 2, you will be considered for a full-time
position as a Business Development Associate with the following compensation
package:
Annual Salary: INR 7,00,000
Fixed Pay: INR 4,00,000 per annum
Performance Pay: INR 3,00,000 per annum
