Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound leads from website, campaigns, referrals, marketplaces, etc.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs and introducing our products or services, and qualifying the leads
  • Interface professionally via telephone and digital communication tools (Email, WhatsApp)
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our product offerings, pricing structures, and unique selling points.
  • Create and maintain customer data using designated tools
  • Preparing techno-commercial proposals for customers
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Constantly strive to improve selling skills, product, industry, and competitive market knowledge.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development to continuously improve sales skills and product/industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Support, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing to support assigned customers
  • Perform other sales and partnership related tasks as required or assigned.
  • Team building for company growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and competitive; ambitious for a successful sales career
  • Confident personality, able to effectively engage with customers
