We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through Corporate /government clients in international markets. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful sales in the international arena.
Knowledge of some international territories and experience in international sales.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with agencies and officials in target international markets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.- Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, legal, and product development) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
Lead negotiations and contract development with Corporate/government clients, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about political and economic developments that may impact international sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to government clients, showcasing our products/services and addressing their specific needs.- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using our CRM system.
- Travel internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international context.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all CXO levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Willingness to travel.
