Job Description
As a Business Development Intern at Weekday.Works, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with
potential candidates for various job roles. You will help expand our talent network by reaching out to individuals who
may be a perfect fit for opportunities within our partner companies. Your primary responsibilities will include
connecting with candidates, informing them about relevant job openings, and maintaining ongoing relationships to
ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to prospective candidates.
- Engage with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of job opportunities within our company.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to nurture their interest and facilitate their journey through
the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide timely updates and reports on outreach efforts and candidate interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to details
