JOB TITLE: Business Development Intern

Internship type: Full-Time (6 days a week)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Intern to join our team.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The BD Intern will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and promoting our recruitment services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector. This includes prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, Email Marketing and networking to establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and sharing it with the recruitment team. Also, gather timely feedback from clients and share it with the internal team.
  • Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth. This involves creating tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Social Media Handling:Regular posting of success stories on company's LinkedIn Page.
  • Impact Reports Creation:Creation of impact reports and sharing it with potential clients while sending proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree (Completed/Pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development is preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

COMPENSATION:

Stipend of 5,000 per month plus incentives (5% of the total revenue you generate)
