Internship Details

Looking to fill 2 or mores positions 6-8 Weeks with a stipend of 10-15K based on prior experience, Full-time hire based on performance.

Think Future Technologies (TFT) is a global software development and enterprise solutions company based in Gurgaon, India. We develop customized software solutions for various businesses, specializing in mobile app development, software testing, and software development. With over 14 years in IT, we have successfully delivered more than 600 projects for hundreds of customers globally with the help of over 500+ highly experienced engineers.

Position Overview

Think Future Technologies is looking for a dynamic & results-driven Business Development Intern to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about selling Software as a Service (SaaS) products, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of creating conversions through effective sales strategies. The BDR would be responsible for growing the clients for enterprise products like Selfbest, AutomationTwin, CloudifyTests & SimplifyPath.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking.

Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement innovative and compelling sales strategies to promote the product.

Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process and enhance customer engagement.

  • Communication and Follow-Up:

Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product to potential customers.

Follow up on leads promptly and professionally to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

  • Marketing and Communication Materials:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing and communication materials.

Ensure that sales collateral aligns with the overall brand messaging and strategy.

  • Pitching:

Craft and deliver engaging pitches that highlight the unique features and benefits of the product.

Tailor pitches to address specific customer needs and pain points.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's & Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS/ Software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
