The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive business growth. They will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, maintaining current relationships, and developing strategies that align with the company's long-term vision.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Development Intern role at Sociium. The Business Development Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including communication with clients & customers, providing exceptional customer service, training, and sales management.
Requirements and Skills
Stipend structure:
Minimum-assured stipend: Rs. 8000/month
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing agency or startup environment.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and advertising is a plus.
5. Women wanting to start/restart their career in business development are preferred. Prior business development internship experience is a plus.
