Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
- Initiate contact with key decision-makers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, email outreach, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges to position our products/services effectively.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
- Present and pitch company offerings to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
