Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Intern

Location: Gwalior

Stipend: 6000-10,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:

The Business Development Intern will support the business development team in identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting with client outreach. This role offers a valuable learning experience for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in business development and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Assist in researching market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to support strategic planning and decision-making. Lead Generation: Help identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and social media.

Outreach Support: Aid in reaching out to potential clients and partners through emails, phone calls, and other communication methods.

Data Management: Maintain and update records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Proposal Assistance: Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for potential clients and partners.

Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, calls, and events, and prepare necessary materials and documentation.

Reporting: Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations summarizing business development activities, market insights, and performance metrics.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Previous internships or coursework related to business development or sales is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
