This internship is for an on-site role in Mumbai for a Business Development Intern. The intern will be entitled to look after the day-to-day tasks associated with Business Development, Lead Generation, Business, Communication, and Account Management for the brand
We are looking for a candidate who is an embodiment of the following qualities:

- Cold Calling: Initiate and manage cold calling to generate leads, setting up an exclusive network of partners aligned with our brand goals. Effectively pitch services to potential clients ensuring their conversion and creating a revenue stream.
- Opening School Network: Develop and nurture relationships with schools. Also, identify opportunities for business expansion within the school network.
- Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the market, including trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on this information.
- Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong cold calling skills and ability to generate leads through effective prospecting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to create professional presentations using PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
