Role Description
This is a full-time/Internship Business Development role located in Delhi. The Business Development person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales goals. They will also be responsible for creating and delivering presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Should have experience in the field of IT Staffing & Recruitment handling business models like RPO, MSP, and Staffing for Captive/Product Development &System Integration clients in India.
- Should have experience in New client acquisition.
- 0-2+ years of experience in business development, sales in the IT industry
- Bringing new business generation by calling or meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and forecast to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
