Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Development professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach and strengthening client relationships across multiple locations including Chennai, Hyderabad, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Salem, Coimbatore, and Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will bring sales expertise and strong communication skills to facilitate growth and enhance our business operations.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of professional experience in business development or related fields.
  • Proven ability in sales strategies and techniques to effectively drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Strong skills in market research to identify new business opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent the company and engage with stakeholders.
  • Experience in lead generation, enabling the identification and acquisition of new clients and business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain a satisfied client base and support business expansion.
  • Capability in managing academic administration alongside business development activities to optimize operational efficiency.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives in designated locations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, pitching products and/or services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to align strategies and share insights for mutual benefit.
  • Maintain records of business development activities and present them in management meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, tenders, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Ensure that all business development activities adhere to company policies and regulations.
