Key Responsibilities
1. Lead generation for national membership acquisition identifying and reach out for membership conversion.
2. Business development : To reach, understand and convince manpower outsourcing companies to join the federation to enhance the voice of the representation. One must be proficient with CRM usage, cold calls, run email campaigns, conduct roundtables/meets, meaningful presentations ; for the growth of the federation through member acquisitions.
3. Retention: To bring value of association & build ISF network through retained members. Activities aligned to generate interest, leverage market intelligence that engages manpower outsourcing companies across the country.
4. Meets/Events/Program Management: Strong engagement with leaders for active participation in ISF. Design activities & involvement programs for member retention.
-This is an individual performance role based out of Delhi .
