Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedBusiness Development Executiveto join our team. The Executive will play a key role in drivingB2B sales, with a primary focus on expanding our client base. In this role, you will manage client relationships, identify new sales opportunities& demonstrate products.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy: Analyse sales data, gather customer feedback and explore diverse market opportunities.
  • New Markets & Customer Needs: Identify and manage B2B opportunities, appoint new partners and distributors, collaborate with partners for new business development.
  • Business Meetings: Visit clients across India, conduct regular follow-ups, deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Product Promotion: Educate channel partners and clients about products/services.
  • Sales Contract Management: Experience in cold calling, client acquisition and revenue generation ensures client retention, optimize revenue, and manage payments and feedback.
  • Team Handling: Oversee sales team, ensure timely follow-ups, facilitate customer service, enforce compliance, achieve sales targets, and train new staff.
  • Sales Records Management: Track monthly, quarterly and yearly performance; report sales activities to management; prepare necessary reports/PPTs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT, E-Learning or EdTech industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
