Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at World Web Technology Pvt. Ltd. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or international sales.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of bidding platforms and processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of web development and related technologies.
  • Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing solutions tailored to their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build network and promote the company's services.
  • Prepare sales reports and participate in sales meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
