Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team, a leading IT solutions provider. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and identifying new business opportunities in the IT industry. Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities in the IT sector, including software development, CRM services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends analysis to identify market gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to create compelling value propositions, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals and win new business.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, track sales activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach to achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
