Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Customer Outreach: Engage with potential and current customers through email and phone to introduce and sell our services.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Management: Use designated software programs to streamline and manage the sales process.
- CRM Database Management: Maintain and update a CRM database to keep track of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, actively participating in meetings and strategy sessions.
- Company Alignment: Understand and align with Hireyy's vision and mission, striving to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to candidates from all academic streams.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
