Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue generation. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track progress and performance against targets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
