Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at WebX Hub. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients.
• Selling services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive lead database.
• Engage with clients via phone and email.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable packages.
• Assist in proposal and presentation preparation.
• Manage sales pipeline and documentation.
• Handle data entry and document organisation.
• Attend training programs and workshops.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience of 0 - 2+ years.
• New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of web design, development, and digital marketing industry
• Experience in sales or business development
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Salary

Rs. 12,000 - 16,000 (Fixed) + Incentives (Based on Performance).
