Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES ;

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including developers, investors,

and property owners.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals for property sales, leasing agreements, and

partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans and achieve

revenue targets.

  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform

business strategies.

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the real

estate industry.

  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and relevant

regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and business

objectives.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
