Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and engage potential clients through strategic research, networking, and targeted outreach initiatives.

- Consultative Selling and Solution Positioning:
- Work closely with our technical teams to create customized solutions that meet clients requirements and provide tangible benefits.
- Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges, objectives, and pain points.
- Relationship Building and Client Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, guidance, and proactive solutions to drive client success and satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities to accelerate growth and expand market reach.
- Work together with teams inside and outside our organization to plan and implement strategies for partnerships that benefit everyone involved and lead to success.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Lead negotiations, proposal development, and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure alignment with company objectives, profitability targets, and service level agreements.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Use data-driven insights and analytics to monitor important performance metrics, assess how effective business growth efforts are, and find ways to make them better.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, market trends, and industry dynamics.
