Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services and generate leads.
- Answer inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, and answer their questions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including calls made, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone calls or emails to encourage purchases or appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service or sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in english and hindi is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 84,000.00 - 180,000.00 per year
