Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can evaluate current sales performance and identify ways an organization can expand and grow. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to find new opportunities
Duties and Responsibilities
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Requirements
MBA freshers 2023-2024 pass out
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
