This position will be responsible for Business Development. This role includes identifying new customers, building new relationships, maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. This is a full-time position which offers a competitive salary, quarterly and annually bonuses with other benefits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and increase client base and maintain good rapport with the existing clients.
- Work with the Leads we provide and close the deals with them.
- Must interact with Clients on a regular basis and understand the challenges faced by the client in filling the position.
- Conduct research to identify market and industry trends.
- Negotiate deals with the client and understand the requirements of the client thoroughly.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in any country process, international customer support, or international voice process.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
