We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who has 3-4 years of minimum experience in B2B sales-marketing, business development role for fashion industry. The ideal candidate should be experienced in b2b sales and business development in fashion industry, lead generation, good English communication and presentation skills. The Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to B2B clients and developing long-term relationships with them and achieving sales goals. The Sales Executive will also be required to do extensive travelling to outside India whenever needed to visit factories and clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for potential B2B clients in the fashion industry

Contact and follow up with prospects via email, phone, and social media

Conduct market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of the clients

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products and services

Negotiate and close sales deals with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain and update CRM records of sales activities and client interactions

Coordinate with internal teams such as production, design, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality of orders

Travel to outside India as required to visit factories and clients and build rapport with them

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field

3-4 years of minimum experience in B2B sales-marketing and sales coordination for fashion or relevant industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms, lead generation

Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel extensively to outside India as needed

Passionate about sales and achieving targets
