Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated business development executive with a go-getter attitude to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a proven track record in the advertising industry. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities with potential clients in the advertising industry. Utilize your network, industry knowledge, and digital tools to build a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions. Use insights to identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing our services and how they align with their business needs.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead the negotiation process with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and successful deal closures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and report to senior management on performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales within the advertising industry or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Kannada (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
